Don't let it be said that manufactured or mobile homes can't undergo beautiful renovations. We mudded over the dated wallpaper, removed the old-fashioned garden tub and replaced it with a large, walk-in shower, shifted an awkward angled wall to open up the vanity area, and replaced the tired linoleum with a stone-look, luxury vinyl tile. The old, aluminum window set got a retro-chic glass block replacement which saved money since we didn't have to order a new, custom size or patch any exterior cladding. We turned the tiny old shower into a much needed linen storage closet.
