This 1960’s house with detached, one-car garage lacked imagination and function. We converted the unused space into a studio apartment with a sleeping loft which affectionately came to be known as The Casita. From the design concept, to demolition and trenching, to the finished product, this little casita turned into a gem and sparked two other neighbors into following suit! The Casita now brings in a substantial rental income to these happy homeowners.
