For this project, we created a separate studio apartment/in-law suite that was converted from a flex space in the client's home. From a structural standpoint, we relocated an exterior door to create a completely private entrance, added two new windows, and added plumbing for a bathroom and kitchen. The results were astounding! The client started renting it out on a vacation rental site for immediate return until it will be needed as the "in-law" space. They were booked immediately to 95% occupancy and for double the anticipated amount!
